Customer Expectation/Prep Work:

  • Grass should be mowed at least a 10 foot diameter around the stump as it will make clean up easier
  • All rocks, pavers and retaining blocks and debris would need to be removed at least 18″ around the outer area of the stump, this includes mulch
  • If you have an underground irrigation system all heads would need to be marked as we do not assume liability of underground irrigation
  • All roots you would like removed should be painted with a bright color
  • If it is raining we will reschedule your appointment when the ground is dry
  • If you would like a clean up please request the service a day prior as we put additional equipment on the truck
